She holds a diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management, is a certified personal trainer, holistic lifestyle coach, mindset coach and Pilates instructor and is certified as a Physiotherapy Assistant. She has also taught dance and holds a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
