Briar Munro is a fitness, wellness and mindset coach from Toronto, Canada. She holds a diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management, is a certified personal trainer, holistic lifestyle coach, mindset coach and Pilates instructor and is certified as a Physiotherapy Assistant. She has also taught dance and holds a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Through her fitness studio, Fly Girl Fitness, Briar developed a unique method of coaching people from multiple physical abilities to reach their best and healthiest self.
Briar now combineS all her methodology to address the health of the whole person, body and mind. Briar has been working with clients in this way since 2006 through both her companies, Fly Girl Fitness and Wellness and Newbie Solutions.
